Hatte ein Swarovski Armband online bestellt, welches leider kaputt gegangen ist und dachte mir, wenn ich schon in der Nähe eines Swarovski Laden bin tausche ich dort das kaputte Armband um. Die Mitarbeiter waren beide leider sehr unfreundlich und meinten, wieso ich dass jetzt hier umtauschen will wenn ich es online gekauft habe und nächstes mal soll ich es bei Ihnen kaufen, dann tauschen sie es auch gerne um.
