The service is quite bad. We have bought a bracelet few days ago and wanna exchange for a shorter one. The shop assistant did not let us exchange, although we were told at another Pandora shop that we could exchange at anytime in any shops. Her attitude was quite bad and it wasted us more than one hour of time!!!

Nice store with loads of jewelry options. Ladies working there are usually helpful and can recommend you stuff if you are bringing gifts.

Service is better in bakery than in this shop. Seller only had two words, “Hi” and “Bye” , no guarantee, no bag, just dropped the charm on table and that was it!! Feeling was awful, and I regret because I didn’t act on that rudeness. Don’t go in this store!!!! This is not only about sales skills, it’s also about personal manners!!!

Worst shopping experience ever. Spent a lot of money on jewelry only to be treated with disregard and rudeness by manager (think name was Anika?) when wanting to exchange something. Very rude and unfriendly attitude towards me and my family. Only exception was a junior attendant (Brazilian I think) who tried to help with friendly smile. Avoid this store and this manager.

Nice place. The brazilian attendant (Lays) was wonderful... very friendly and helpful. I loved purchase.
