Their cappuccino is awful. The barista used a sachet of coffee to make my espresso. It didn't have aroma of the espresso and taste like milk. I returned it, and told him that their coffee didn't meet my expectations by costing 3.5 euros. He didn't bother to offer another one, and I couldn't care less. Tourist trap. Bad experience. Highly NOT recommended.

I really like this location of The Barn - it’s never as crowded as the one in Alte Potsdamer just a few meters away. But on the other hand, it also misses some of the seasonal specialties offered there. The Barn coffee is always a trusty choice in Berlin, so no surprises here. Baristas are truly professional and always friendly.
Interiors are airy + the vibe of the Sony Center is very unique.
They offer nitro coffee and tea here in warm seasons. A very tasty pastel de nata is a dessert of my choice.

Pretty rude staff. Asked for an Iced Americano which they dont make (fair), so asked for a cup of ice and an espresso and was refused as 'I would just be mixing it'. When he finally obliged, wouldn't let me add any oat milk... plain rude and clearly not wanting to make any money.

H (yet pricy) filter coffee.
Unfortunately pathetically rude staff that lectures guests about not to place paper waste in the empty coffee cup.

You are in the hospitality business NOT the coffee business. How about trying to make guests feel welcome?
