Donut was delicious and the coffee was okay. ???? There is a nice view on the street whether you're sitting inside or outside. Staff was nice.

The annoying point is the paper towels location, you have to pass in front of everyone waiting in queue to grab them on the counter when instead they could be with the sugar and swizzle sticks on the left.

The first and also the last time time I ordered something from there! Donuts taste simply terrible! One bite of each (ordered 3 different) and I had enough.

PS: The currently displayed phone number seems to be just for show, since it doesn't exist..

Horrible! Neither do they accept credit card nor do they have enough cash for change available! They tried to keep the money!
Second: Charged us large coffee for small ones! If you want coffee go to Caras, if you want donuts go to Brammibals. Both are very close.

Very unfriendly and unpleasant,

As it is written on their website I asked if there is any offer for my birthday and they said no with an awful reaction.

Never I'll be there again!

At least they could say happy birthday!!

Worst customer service and while we order staffs were speaking among themselves. They exhibited that they didn’t want us there. Straight out rude and obnoxious ppl. Why would they have a store if they don’t want to treat ppl with as simple as a smile.

Rude staff, luke warm coffee, donuts taste like cardboard. Worst of all, the staff refuses to accept the Dunkin App promotions. Miserable experience. Stay away from this location.

They don’t really know what americano is! Seriously! They made espresso, then we and Germans started explaining what’s the difference and she added like 150 ml of hot water! So now it looks more like urine than americano!
Smoothie “very berry” is made of cold water, ice and syrup!!! I wanted fruits and vitamins, but got just sweet water with ice! Very disappointed!
