Really nice and big place, insane facility! The german employees were nice and friendly and i saw many interesting production phases even only from the outside!!!

This is the new service center for Tesla in Berlin. It's much better than the old one. It looks fresh and modern. There is a very comfortable waiting area, and the WiFi is good.
The staff is friendly.

I visited the service center today and was pleasantly surprised by how forthcoming, friendly and helpful everyone was. I waited for about an hour while an issue on my car was diagnosed -- I got to enjoy great coffee, WiFi and was kept informed throughout the entire wait.
