UPDATE: you guys never picked me up when i forgot something in my car, i had to take the bus in order to save 20 euros for a 10 min drive. In addition, I booked at the location and even told the shuttle driver that this was where i had been dropped off and instructed to return to. He didn't let us on the bus. Lastly, i was supposed to get a refund as i returned early and i've not received a reply except this rude one on google... maybe focus on processing your accounts instead of replying to reviews. crooks!

The worst service possible. I would pay 6x the price not to deal with these people. They made a mistake on the document and the shuttle brought us to the wrong parking even though I told the driver that this was the shuttle I had taken to get to the airport. I tried to explain that I had never been here and my car isn't here and the guy is just arguing and screaming at me in German showing me the parking receipt. I can clearly see what it says but I'm telling them my car is not here and they refused to help or resolve the situation. They just screamed at us in German even though we repeatedly said we didn't understand.

I have used your services several times at Berlin Tegel airport.
Nice and without any reservations, the waiting time for the transfer was acceptable, that's why I was coming back.
Berlin Brandenburg and Parkplatz 2 unfortunately work much worse.
Maybe by exception, maybe not, definitely should not happen.

The transfer from the parking lot to the airport takes about an hour, even though we provided exact arrival time.
You must be in the parking lot much earlier, otherwise you may miss your flight.
It was impossible to contact with the driver, the message was the connection cannot be made.
Lack of telephone contact with the driver, especially at night, is consternation and stress for families with children.
Passengers from Germany notoriously squeezing in front of longer waiting peoples, observed several times.

Some suggestions:
More seats in buses, their greater number and frequency of journeys.
Possibility of direct communication between company and passenger using instant messaging, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.
Bus waiting for scheduled transfer.
Possibility to track the position of the bus on mobile.
Possibility to report the needs of transfer using internet application.
Passenger transfer ordering system.
Keep improving the service then customers will appreciate it and come back.
I am able to pay you a few euros more to have better quality of service.

Unfriendly and rude staff. After arrival we waited 30 minutes for bus. They arranged too many transfers on one time so some people's was left on the rain.

Its difficult to communicate with stuff. Most of them speaks only German. Unfriendly and unhelpful ????

More expensive then the alternatives, really narrow parking spaces, and pickup schedules. I have used it one, as my favorite airport parking was full.
