Nice staff. The place offers a wide variety of sandwiches and they offer you the possibility to choose which ingredients to be added to your sandwich. You can choose to eat outdoors or indoors. The location is great too.

Very unkind stuff. They are not wearing masks.... The lady from today...very disappointing. This store doesn't provide even minimum of subway standard what I know from even Alexa Subway or other countries. Sandwiches was okay but chicken teriyaki i think was not fresh cause it was hard....

Unappetitlich. How can it be that a restaurant that handles “fresh” ingredients finds acceptable to look so dirty? In the summer flies are going around the place, close to the salad bar. By far the nastiest Subway I ever been.

Annoyed and slightly unfriendly staff (for the most part, not all), low hygiene standards in food preparation, piadina bread served nearly raw with little to no content, women bathrooms out of service and not marked... Considering the location (Kurfürstendamm), we expected a bit more from our visit... My partner asked for a menu from the beginning and was ignored by the staff only for them to complain once at the cask desk when he asked for the complementary chips requested... Another very similar complain was then found in the reviews, so it's not the first time. Overall, not the worst but certainly not a pleasant experience which a lunch out should be. We headed to Starbucks on the other side of the road later and it gave a WHOLE different vibe. There: clean beverage preparation, all staff wearing masks, speaking a very good english and friendly enough to serve us, explain recipe ingredients without an annoyed attitude and even suggest alternatives, clean working toilets...
I've been to other Subways in France and it was not the same so... beware.

The staff was rude and unwilling to take additional order of coke and pommes probably because of my lack of speaking german....They were throwing food at each other....Very Unprofessional behaviour from the staff. Worst i have seen in any Subway around the world. They were also unwilling to take feedback when asked.

I was so unpleased even though i got a sandwich after work out because of a woman who made sandwich at the counter.
She was so unfriendly and inhospitable.
I didnt want to write this kind of comment. But i did it, the service quality needs to be improved.

I work close by so sometimes I eat my lunch there. The food is actually ok, but the service is quite rude. Once I felt like a small child doing something wrong when asking for stuff to be in my sandwich...
