Due to illness, we unfortunately could not go to Berlin and canceled the booking two days in advance. The hotel took advantage of our situation and kept the full amount despite telling us over the phone that they would reschedule our booking for free. Very dishonest. I would not spend any more money here.

Awesome location and very friendly staff. Overall clean but small maintenance issues. Surprisingly quiet considering location. Recommended for price-quality ratio.

"GOODS GOT STOLEN"

Two of my expensive wrist watches got stolen from my room, whereas it can't be none but the house keeping staffs.

The reception staff also admitted that it might be their Thai or Chinese housekeeping staffs. It's funny. Why do you keep such staffs then?!!

The reception staff also asked why didn't i keep them in the safe. Who keeps wrist watches in the safe?! I guess, then i need to put a lot of staffs in that tiny safe, huh?!! Very funny...!! u0026 Really really annoying.

The hotel authority didn't cooperate at all, rather they only referred to police. How can a tourist get involved in police matters in a short duration of time?!!

That experience was pathetic. However, didn't have time to go for legal action, as such, leaving this post, hope it awares people. Thanks.

We stayed here for 3 nights on a family vacation. The location is excellent, right on Kuddam. But the hotel facilities are very basic, nothing more than rooms and a breakfast. The rooms are nice and spacious but have nothing other than a bad and a shower.
There are better options of hotels right next to it.

Most unhelpfull staff ever. Giving you problems instead of solutions. Even booking was a disaster.

Amazing hotel! Great view, good clean rooms, working airconditioning, good breakfast. Honestly everything is up to standard, the only downside I can name is that the hotel changes towels every three days, and you have to pay extra to get them changed sooner.
