It was horrible, the furniture is old and it was an awful smell in the room, plus I had to wait more than one hour to get the key.

Horrible place to sleep. No one at the reception for the night so i had to find another hotel to sleep.
I don't understand what hotel is that at Kudamm. Shame.

Fab location, lovely breakfast lady, extremely helpful staff. The issue is the rooms, as they are all very different. We changed a few times. Some are very old and dusty, but spacious, others are completely renovated but with tiny baths. Some do not have proper heating, others have even brand new wooden floors and ca. 5 m high ceilings.

Great central location. However, the room was outdated and in a state of disrepair.

Internet is not available in the room. We were in the room 102 and unfortunately could not use it ????

Very good location, main public transportations are in direct proximity, good restaurants are within walking distance. Rooms are clean, however the overall quality is bellow average. No towel change, no consumables refilling.

The hotel is centrally located, and the rooms are spacious, and very clean and comfortable, except maybe for the uppermost rooms, which are a bit smaller as they are loft rooms.
Breakfast is very generous and you are allowed to take a banana, apple and orange with you for the day (as it should be as these fruits should be taken separately). The staff is very helpful even though not everyone knows English. The security is also very good as is the price which is real good value for money.
