Asked for a fresh orange juce…. Got something like a soup filled with crushed seeds and pieces of ???
Got it replaced … the second one was about the same. Had to throw it away….

These are the same smoothies, but one of them is fresh and the other was standing there the whole day. These people had to pay the same price for these smoothies. It was very expensive for the bad taste. SHAME ON YOU. And when we asked the man for a new one he lied to us that those weren’t the same smoothies. He was even mad at my friend because he had to make a the fresh smoothie in the first place.

Worst service ever. Last week me and my boyfriend were in Berlin for the weekend. We ordered the purple rain juice and liked it so much that we wanted another one. The girl (with the blonde hair) was really annoyed, she sighed and rolled her eyes!! Do you want to sell something or what? Horrible girl, horrible service. We didn’t want the other drink and will never come back to this place. Such a shame, because the drinks are great. If I were the owner, I would be looking for some new staff after reading all these bad reviews.

Super nice employees. I loved the apple and chocolate noga ice cream.
