A lovely place with nice employees. Hard to find anyone to help with check out if you leave early in the morning. Really pleasant location.

The hotel also has a restaurant, which - when I was there - was well attended. I forgot to reserve. The information that they were fully booked was irritating. In fact, this only affected the "outside" pitches. Inside, I was free to choose. This was very pleasant because on those hot days of August 2022 it was cooler inside than outside in the evening sun.

Since the hotel only has 15 rooms, the number of guests is understandably not large. Therefore the selection at the breakfast buffet could not be lavish. I found the breakfast relatively spartan.
I found the parking situation a bit stressful, as the hotel does not have its own parking spaces. But that was resolved when I was able to conquer a public, free parking lot right in front of the entrance.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser, an der Dahme. Ich wollte und konnte mit meinem Faltboot dort über einen geeigneten Steg direkt zu Paddel-Ausflügen starten. Zum Zimmer gehört ein kleiner Sitzplatz auf dem Zugangsbalkon. Von dort kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge sehen.
Der Name Flussbad ist wörtlich zu nehmen. Man kann also bei geeigneten Wassertemperaturen einen stadtnahen Badeurlaub machen.
Zum Hotel gehört auch ein Restaurant, das - als ich da war - gut besucht war. Ich hatte versäumt, zu reservieren. Irritierend war die Auskunft, sie seien ausreserviert. Tatsächlich betraf dies nur die "Draußen"-Plätze. Drinnen hatte ich die freie Auswahl. Das war sehr angenehm, weil es in diesen heißen Tagen des August 2022 drinnen kühler als draußen in der Abendsonne war.

Da das Hotel nur 15 Zimmer hat, ist die Anzahl der Gäste verständlicherweise nicht groß. Von daher konnte die Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet nicht üppig sein. Ich fand das Frühstück verhältnismäßig spartanisch.
Etwas stressig fand ich die Parkplatzsituation, da das Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze hat. Das hat sich aber in Wohlgefallen aufgelöst, als ich direkt vorm Eingang einen öffentlichen, kostenlosen Parkplatz erobern konnte.

Waren das erste mal dort, die Lage ist suuuper, jedoch das wars auch für uns, die Zimmer sind mal was anderes, mit der offenen Dusche hat uns nicht ganz gefallen, der Boden ist so glatt, da lst vorsichtig geraten ist .....Frühstück ist verbesserungs fähig, es sind Kleinigkeiten, Löffel in die Salate, Beschreibung an Kanne, Kaffee oder Tee, bei schönem Wetter Sitz Auflagen nicht erst raus wenn alle Gäste schon sitzen usw usw .
Wir haben selbst mit Tourismus zu tun, ein guter Gastgeber lernt immer aus Kritik und für Köpenick kann dies nur gut sein, es ist so ein toller Stadtbezirk ansonsten machen es andere irgendwann mal.
Aber trotzdem danke für die Erfahrung

Zimmer nicht ganz so sauber,viele Spinnen im Zimmer Essen gut.Personal meist nett.Dass aber bei einer Hochzeitsfeier nachts noch die Technik abgebaut werden muss und gleich am nächsten Tag bis mittags( Sonntags)abgeholt werden muss,nicht ganz nachvollziehbar...obwohl anders vereinbart...Preise auch nicht nachvollziehbar,Einzelzimmer nur 10 Euro weniger als Doppelzimmer,Chefin spricht sich nicht mit Personal ab,Abzocke bei einer Hochzeit..,Essen schon um 22.30 abgeräumt,Kuchen wurde nicht mitgegeben,obwohl selbst mitgebracht,kann man ja noch weiterverkaufen...Hier will man nur kassieren ,kein Entgegenkommen...
