The Dürüm themselves made a fresh impression. We were particularly pleased with the fact that the dough was heated beforehand, which put the cherry on top of the cream. (Mjam!) While we're on the subject of dairy products, here's the only point of criticism: the grated sheep's cheese was unfortunately not able to develop its full flavor. It was just cheese. Rather, his shape should have manifested more as a cube shape.

Eines schönen Tages beschlossen die coolste Arbeitskollegin aus der Firma und ich (ihr Arbeitskollege aus der Firma) Dürüm aus aller Welt zu testen.

Auf Empfehlung einer Arbeitskollegin traten wir nach Feierabend die Reise zum "Schützengrill" an. Aufgrund mangelnder Navigationsfähigkeiten war es uns anfangs erschwert, das Ziel zu erreichen. Völlig durchnässt und verloren kamen wir am "Schützengrill" an und wurden herzlich empfangen. Da wir beide sehr am Tierwohl interessiert sind, haben wir uns für zwei vegetarische Dürüm entschieden. Verwundert über unsere großzügige Wahl wurden wir argwöhnisch gemustert. Dennoch wurden die Dürüm mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft zubereitet.
Die Dürüm haben ansich einen frischen Eindruck gemacht. Besonders erfreut hat uns die Tatsache, dass der Teig vorher erwärmt wurde, dies hat dem Ganzen die Kirsche auf die Sahne gelegt. (mjam!) Wenn wir schon beim Thema Milchprodukten sind, hier leider der einzige Kritikpunkt: der verwendete Schafskäse war in seiner gerieben Form leider nicht in der Lage seine volle Geschmackskraft zu entfalten. Es war einfach nur Käse. Vielmehr hätte sich seine Gestalt mehr als Würfelform manifestieren müssen.
Das Etablissement ist einem Dönerfachgeschäft angemessen. Das Klientel gesellt sich passend hierin ein. (Grüße an Lisa)

Alles in allem geben wir vier Sterne und werden Lisa morgen für diese Empfehlung leider nicht schlagen können :(
