Möchte man sich Informationen über das weitere Vorgehen holen, wird man mit einsilbigen Phrasen hinausgeworfen. Eine absolute Zumutung und Frechheit.
Letztlich glaube ich aber das zurzeit keine Kinderklinik ihren Pflichten gerecht wird.

Ich bin seit 14 Jahren nur dort in Behandlung gewesen egal um was es ging. Ich war immer zufrieden mit den Ärzten. Es gibt natürlich auch Krankenschwestern die unfreundlich sind aber so etwas findet man ja überall. Meine kleine Tochter (5 Jahre) ist seit ihrer Geburt im SPZ in Behandlung auch dort ist die Oberärztin sehr kompetent! Die Schwestern an der Anmeldung lassen etwas zu wünschen übrig. Briefe kommen leider nicht an oder werden falsch verschickt. Termine werden falsch angesagt so das man 400km um sonst gefahren ist. Denn auch nach unserem Umzug nach NRW sind wir im SPZ in Behandlung geblieben. Aber auch das nehmen wir weiterhin gerne in Kauf bei der super Oberärztin! Alles im allem kann ich sagen das ich sehr zufrieden bin mit den Ärzten! Und darauf kommt es ja auch an.

В коридоре есть соки, чай/кофе, молоко, фрукты и утром кукурузные хлопья и мюсли. Ребёнку иногда приносили перекус, типа полдник.

Персонал приятный, многие говорят по английски. Врачи все знают английский. Проблем с коммуникацией не было, при том, что я почти не говорю на немецком.
