- The menu was in German and the waiter wasn't speaking English.

Awesome service (great sense of humor), very good food and drinks, and the price is extremely reasonable. A nice, cozy gem.

Christmas decor in Feb. Lady at the bar walked away muttering something. There are ways of managing when there isn't a common language but when the business doesn't really care, then there really is no service. We left.

Excellent German food in a traditional atmosphere. Nice outdoor seating area in the summer. Situated in a quiet spot off the street.

Friendly and quick service, menu has lots of classic German/ Berliner dishes - lots of meat - but the food isn't great quality.
