A feeling that things are not well organised. And that asking questions (in a friendly way) is not welcomed: the default reaction from the staff is that you are automatically an annoying patient who does not understand their situation. Would have wished for more empathy and listening.

I had to wait 9 hours to be attended by a doctor. They are really lacking personnel! This is feels to be unacceptable in an emergency unit!
The few guys they have are nice, but some of them a bit stressed..
So if you are not really dying don't go there!

Waited for almost 4 hours, and left in pain without receiving any care. Apparently they had only one doctor.

I had to wait 7 hours in total. After 8 hours I could leave the hospital. The doctor was quite fine actually but waiting that long makes you really hopeless. At least they gave me some painkiller and put on a bed in the corridor
