My friends and I placed an order in Lieferando. It took over 2 hours (from 1230 to 1430) to dilver the food. It should be 40 min for dilvery. After 2 hours, we still didn't get the food and decided to cancel the order from both the restaurant and Lieferando. However, Lieferando said it's impossible to get refund because the restaurant said we didn't cancel the order. This restaurant is really irresponsible and untrust. Even though their food is fine(I never try), I won't spend any money on this evil restaurant. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We had trouble ordering however the manager of the shop personally called me and apologised there was a problem and he apologised. We had a long flight and problems with phones. I can safely say I would use these again. I've never known someone to care enough to call regards a problem and apaologise. It really made my morning for the apology. I would recommend to a friend. Or when I'm back in Berlin:)

Weiß nicht wo die guten Bewertungen her kommen. So wie die fritten schmeckten, war das Fett bestimmt schon 2 Wochen in der Fritteuse. Der burger schmeckte nach nix, das Fett triefte dafür nur so raus. Als ich nach Besteck fragte, wurde mir welches abgewaschen.
