Nachdem Herr Dr. Steckel auf Nachfrage der Krankenkasse sich geweigert hat einen Befundbericht zu erstellen und mit mir aus unerklärlichen Gründen unverschämt über seine Pflicht diskutiert hat , bekam ich Hausverbot.

Abgesehen von der recht hektischen und damit unwirksamen Behandlung , kann ich als Privatpatient diese rein Gewinn orientierte Praxis nicht weiterempfehlen.

Es gibt weitaus bessere und pflichtbewusstere Orthopäden ganz in der Nähe.

Habe geschwollenes Knie und bin auch sonst Rollatornutzer. Nutze Akutsprechstunde, bin 8.40 Uhr da. Werde ins Arztzimmer (A2) gebeten, Mitarbeiter gehen ein und aus-natürlich ohne Wahrnehmung meiner Person, dann kommt ein sehr muskulöser Herr rein - natürlich auch ohne Beachtung meiner - sagt nur „worum gehts“!!! Darauf ich:meinen sie mich? Er: ja !!!!! Erkläre kurz meine Beschwerden und fragen evtl. eine Op zu erwarten ist. Völlig aufgeregt erklärt er, durch fünf Räume wechseln zu müssen und kann deshalb keine Antwort geben. Röntgen ist angesagt. Dann gleicher Arzt sagt es ist Arthrose, die Entzündung geht von alleine wieder weg. Verschreibt mir Tropfen. Und nun???????? Soll mir Trrmin zur Weiterbehandlung geben lassen. Am Schalter erhalte ich eine Karte ( Doctolib) , dort Termin machen!!!!!! Geht es denn noch gleichgültiger?????????
