The lounge area is fantastic! Very cozy and good atmosphere. Snacks and the cocktails in good quality! Love the service and staff.
Unfortunately the room was poor, dirty, very old bed lined and towels :(
Breakfast has interesting details. To serve more vegetables and variety if the food would be perfect.

Guys, this is a wonderful hotel! I would like to express my deep gratitude for providing housing for Ukrainians. You handed us! Thanks again! Staff at the level, speak English, German. Kind and nice people. Breakfasts are served as a buffet, where you can choose what you want to eat - it's very cool. The room is modern, large and comfortable. Cleaning came in the morning, cleaned our rooms to a shine. Very nice and outside the hotel - the pier, and 50 meters - a nice park. In general, we were very pleased! You are amazing, thank you :)

The room was clean, spacious and modern, the decorations of the lobby and the common spaces are nice. Food options are also good, a bit chaotic but tasty.
Staff was a bit confusing, it looks like the reception works totally independently from the rest of the staff.
The hotel is easy to reach by public transport.

Nice and clean hotel. My room was comfy and had a lot of spare space. The food was ok. Good hotel stuff. nothing special. During lunch buffet I was missing some kind of concept... It was more of a mix of different stuff than 2 or 3 meals to choose from. Hope you get what I'm talking about. Quality was still fine. I would come again...

Amazing place! Beautiful in design, the staff were super helpful. The food was very good and if you get the opportunity and the weather permits, you should definitely eat outside on the deck.

Very nice hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. As the hotel is located in the suburbs it would take about an hour to commute back into central Berlin however the transport is so accessible I wouldn't say this is a downfall. Köpenick is a gorgeous area so there is plenty to explore without going into the city. The service was very slow in the hotel and as it was table service only, this caused us to have waits of 30/40 mins after ordering drinks/food from the bar. The residents bar also closed at 12 midnight which wasn't ideal. Overall I think the hotel is slightly overpriced but I would imagine the price is also based on the fact that it's right on the waters edge.

Great Service, Great peacful location, Good Style u0026 rooms, Great Breakfast. I'm writing this review while in the restaurant after having breakfast. I'm a solo business traveler u0026 enjoy/dislike hotels of all stars u0026 flavours, far u0026 wide. Having worked in 5 star hotels in my early life, I understand u0026 appreciate what goes on in front of house u0026 back of house/behind the scenes. So, I thought I'd take a break away from the hustle u0026 bustle u0026 I've been impressed by the quality of this 4 star hotel. Look, nothing is perfect but this has been a good experience. My experience started with very pleasant u0026 informative reception and then into my room. Unfortunately, my room appeared to be the only one that has an internet black-spot. I just couldn't connect u0026 I need to stay online for my business. The problem has been solved with a room change. Thank you! As for some comments here about breakfast. It was so beautifully laid out u0026 presented + delicious u0026 the many fresh choices. Loved the fresh juices too. Service was exceptional. I'm awake for US clients from 4am u0026 was down early u0026 accomodated with a friendly coffee from reception. Restaurant opens at 6:30 but they were ready early u0026 asked me if I'd like a coffee u0026 breakfast. To which I was delighted to say yes. I'm still here now at 10am, off to the side. But, I had to take the time to write my thanks u0026 gratitude.
