Hotel rooms do have the charm from the 90s, which means it does feel a bit old and needs refurbishment.
Elswise the hotel does feature a underground parking and is nicely located directly on the river.
Distance to the Berlin BER Airport is around 30 min by car.

Old and smelly!
bed was uncomfortable, pillows really old. lamps were broken. worse was the bathroom. super old. tiny shower and shower curtain. I shortened my stay because it was so bad.

Was a wonderful stay, the location is nice, clean cosy rooms and a great buffet for breakfast!!

It was a very poor experience. The hotel charged us €19 more per night for a comfort room. The comfort room has nothing to do with size, layout, etc. Its only "VALUE" is that your room won't face the street. Our comfort room faced the parking lot with all sorts of noises. We were supposed to be happy for paying more money and facing the parking lot and not the street!

The Staff was very friendly and helpful regarding directions and other helpful information about the area. Also prompt delivery of additional toiletry articles requested.
The room was a bit small but clean, cozy and quiet.
The Breakfast is an additional charge of 13.50 per person per day, but well worth it for a large selection of tasty items to choose from.
Instead of paying the 8.00 Euro charge for parking per day in the park house or a lesser charge to park in the private grounds behind the hotel. We elected to park on the street in the local neighborhood about 200 meters away.
In all a very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel. Just a short walk from the Köpenick old town with plenty of sights and attractions. The staff are helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a convenient location if you are flying from Berlin Schönefeld as it's only a short taxi stretch away. Also, if you want a comfortable hotel at a budget price for Berlin, then this is a good choice - though you will have to commute to the city centre!

Adverised as a 4 star hotel, but it definitely isn't one. Old rooms, probably abou 30 years old. Garage way too small for this hotel, so had to park our car somewhere else. Basic breakfast only and quite cheap products too.
