Habe ein Getränk gekauft, Trinkgeld gegeben und höflich gefragt, ob ich mal das Gäste(!)-WC benutzen dürfte. Die Antwort war ein genervtes kopfschüttelndes "Immer diese Touristen!" ... Ich wollte an einem Samstag um halb 2 mein Paket abholen, welches schon seit 3 Tagen im Laden lag und ich aufgrund der Winterschließzeit von 17 Uhr nicht nach der Arbeit abholen konnte. Angekommen war der Laden schon wieder zu. Da ich noch kurz gewartet habe, habe ich die Ladenbesitzerin dann doch noch erwischt und klopfte an der Tür. Man öffnete mir mit "Was wollen Sie?" Ich sagte, dass ich ein Paket abholen wolle und bekam ein "Um diese Uhrzeit?" zurück. Nachdem ich erwiderte, dass es ja erst halb 2 sei und der Laden eigentlich noch 30 min geöffnet habe, ließ sie mich mit den Worten "Ich bin ja selbstständig, also kann ich schließen, wann ich will" eintreten und händigte mir mehr als zickig mein Paket aus, wobei sie noch in sich rein murmelte, dass es zum Glück nur noch ein paar Tage seien und sie DPD gekündigt hat. Die Dame scheint genug Kunden zu haben, sodass sie potentielle Neukunden direkt an der Tür vergrault. Danke, aber nein Danke!
