It was nice to spend time in this hotel. The breakfasts were tasty and fresh. The girl at the bar was super nice! She's great! And there was a waiter in a restaurant who was really super friendly and kind.
Quite simple for 4* but good anyway. There were no bottles with still or sparkling water in our room. And there were no bottles with still water in the restaurant for breakfast. For my opinion it is very strange.

Also we had dirty bedspreads. Like...really dirty and with a cigarette trail.

And also we had no slippers and robes in our first room and the toilet was dirty, but a manager on reception has changed it (the room) without any problems.

The hotel is very well located and connected to the bus and S bahn services, that makes it easier to access most of the tourists places if you are using the public transport. Our room was large and spacious and the kids enjoyed the area. The bathroom was good sized and though it showed a bathtub in our selection of junior suite online, it was a shower area in the bathroom instead.

The breakfast has a selection of vegan options as well. It was clean and well stocked with room amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Room.
The space is perfectly organized. High ceilings - wow! The outlet works for charging devices even without a card, you can charge devices while you are on business somewhere.

Breakfast.
A very rich selection, all of excellent quality. I would like to mention greens and delicious coffee. Although everything is really delicious there :)

The staff.
I would like to note the loyalty and willingness to help, excellent service.

I highly recommend both for business trips and for rest.

The hotel staff here are amazing! I had checked out of my room and had forgotten my cell phone in the room. The front desk woman gave me a key to go back into the room. The rooms were clean and very nice. The hotel is located near a train station, so it makes getting around the city a breeze. Hands down, I would stay here again without question and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was really unimpressed and would not recommend this hotel. There is always a long wait at Reception, whether checking in or simply asking a question. If you request anything like an additional pillow, be prepared to ask 3 times and wait several hours before it is brought to your room. And the rooms are small, dated and worn with only basic facilities.

Very professional, courteous, and helpful staff at the reception, in the restaurant, at the bar, as well as the room maintenance personnel. Very well-kept historic Siemens building with several artifacts on display. The solid wooden staircase, the lighting, and the inner court breakfast restaurant with a removable glass ceiling -- all marvelous. Well-functioning, quiet air conditioning. Quiet rooms, no street noise.
Less perfect: The parking garage is difficult to find and access, narrow entry, and has tight spaces. No charging possibility for EVs. No USB charging ports in rooms.

The hotel is situated in a good location with a great connectivity to public transportation options. The room was cozy, comfortable, clean and well maintained. The service was good too.
