Fantastic stay at Motel One Potsdamer Platz! Check-in was quick and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable and looked out to a shared green space. The breakfast room was bright and pleasant and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The location was great - easy to access via DB, Su0026U Bahn, and the bus, and central to many sights and attractions in Berlin. We’d stay here again with out hesitation!

The hotel offers very little amenities. The rooms are very small, there is no fridge, safe or closets in the rooms. there wasn't even a bottle of water. The shower's water temprature fluctuates heavily, and they didn't clean the room once in the 3 days we stayed there. Additionally we found hair in the bed when we received the room which seems like they didn't clean well after the previous guest.
The location of the hotel is good however its very overpriced considering the lack of amenities

I was looking forward to my stay at this hotel after having a great time at Motel One Romer in Frankfurt. However, I was left disappointed after spending 3 nights here.

Minus three stars for Rooms as the wifi did not work for 2 out of the 3 nights. Totally unacceptable in this day and age. Notwithstanding the poor wifi, housekeeping was top notch. Bed and pillows were soft but no big deal. Room cleanliness was good. Balcony has space but limited privacy.

Three stars for Service as the front desk staff need some training on providing service with a smile. The males did better in this area.

Four stars for Location due to proximity to the mall. The bus stop is about 50m away. The tram and s/u bahn are further. Please be aware that all shops in the mall are closed on Sundays and its practically a dead town.

Very simple but clean hotel. Rooms are small but are functional. Breakfast and bar were very well organised with friendly staff. Great location.

Fantastic hotel right in the center of everything. Great for tourists. Service was great and nothing to complain about with the rooms. The views are great too.

A very nice hotel. Clean and warm. I love how they provide 2 sinks on the toilet. Location is superb since it's close to many tourist spots. The only backward was the water heater. It was not constant (it's getting hotter or colder on its own so frequently). And it was winter, so it was really matter.

Wish I could give it 5 stars. Great location in the Mall of Berlin. Nice room with an amazing bathroom. Very clean and with a very comfortable bed. I was very early on Saturday to check in and instead of storage my bag they checked me in early. Very friendly stuff during the whole weekend. Two things which are maybe an option to optimize - first of all the shower. As soon as I lower the temperature ????️ down from 40 degrees it just gets hot and cold, hot and cold. No constant temperature at all. One moments it's freezing cold and in the other you burn your skin. Second the wifi. I wasn't able to create an account without the information what's wrong. After 24h the quick check in into wifi didn't work anymore. That's a pity. But I still can highly recommend it. Motel One in total never disappoint!
