I love kfc and this was the most terrible experience I’ve had so far!
There were 5 people “working” and our order (wings and bites under 10€) took over 25 minutes. After asking they kept repeating “2 minutes” and offered no apologies.
Everybody was checking their phone - overall bad customer service, the manager should pay a visit more often.
2 stars cause we did get our food in the end

Definitely, the worst KFC I have ever had. I almost never write reviews so you know what kind of experience I had to have for me to bother writing this.

For 14 EUR I ordered a Burger box, containing Colonel TS burger, 3 hotwings, fries, coleslaw and a soft drink. Looks like a lot of items but the quality and portion didn't justify the price.
The burger was blant and dry, the chicken had no taste and looked awful. It was basically a downgraded Zinger. 3 little hotwings couldn't even be called wings but rather resembled some chicken bites with bones. The only kind of good thing were fries and coleslaw that was of course already prepackaged.

I am not sure if it is German or just local standard I was disappointed. For less money I could have had something much better.

SLOW!! Waited 25 minutes for an order of 9 hot wings. After 15 minutes of waiting, I asked why it's taking so long. And the man working said they're waiting for them to cook and it will be just another 3 minutes. 10 minutes later I finally got my order!! Restaurant waiting times for fast food.. not acceptable. Will never be eating here again.

chicken was called. It has probably been waiting for some time, that does tell something about this kfc shop.
