Perfect hotel for people passing through Berlin. The rooms were clean and large enough for two people sleeping a night or two. The location is great as it is close by the metro and gets you into the city center in no time.

Overall, good hotel, nice service and good breakfast.
They have perosnal issues, so they don't clean the room every day, you can request it but they tell you they can't do it every day.
For me it was a none issue, but some don't like it.
But overall good visit.

A comfy hotel with many good restaurants a short walk away. Good supermarkets also. Also close to metro lines for easy travel to the centre and other parts of Berlin. If you're energetic there is a longer pleasant walk through the tiergarten to the Brandenburg Gate, Potsdammer Platz and other key landmarks.

This is a very basic hotel, only offer room, breakfast and some grab and go snacks and drinks.
I got a clean and comfortable room facing the carpark with have no nice view but I had a good quiet sleep.

Staff is friendly and helpfull. Rooms are old, a bit rundown but beds are ok. Cleanlines of room was ok but during our 3 night stay the towels were not replaced nor were beds made. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Location is good since close to public transport and pretty silent at night. All In all enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was well located and esy to find; Check in process worked very well and the room was exactly as described. A veyr pleasant stay.

I got upgraded to a nicer room and it was nice but that was it! I could literally hear everything from the room next door and also the traffic from the lift. Room design was cute and functional. I forgot a book in the room when I checked out and I came back to the hotel to check and the front desk was so rude! He asked me to wear a mask while the indoor mask mandate was lifted 2 weeks ago! During my stay for 2 nights, nobody asked me to wear a mask! I told him I don’t have one and he said we are selling it for €1.60!!! That was the most ridiculous thing I have heard, if you decide to make your own rule then you should find a way to accommodate this, this not to mention they already have a plastic wall setup. For this experience I think they deserve a 1* review, I didn’t finish my book but I couldn’t deal with such unreasonable business so I left.
