It may have been a good bar in the past, but it is not anymore. Now (post-covid, 2022), it has become a gathering place for south-American escorts and people looking for their services. And don’t expect them to be honest, one tried to steal my wallet. The barmen (or owner?) seem to tolerate, but maybe I should have made more of a scene and call the police, though I’m not sure how interested they would be in a crime that failed, and if the owner would only slightly cooperate the guy would have disappeared of course.

I was also offered cocaine so it looks like a place were drugs are dealt also.

I was a little apprehensive reading the reviews but all of it was not my experience. Firstly Olaf and Heiko behind the bar were friendly welcoming and nothing short than incredibly warm. Yes the boys there were attentive and probing but thats what you should expect. They were not intrusive or aggressive and when it was clear no business was available they left you alone. They were cute and attractive none the less. You can go here and have a drink without the expectation of anything extra if you don’t want to. You need to take the same precautions as you would in any other bar but Tabasco is a great little bar in Berlin and I will return.

Heaven for rent boys, pimps and dealers.

Not good for anyone with a moral compass.

I wish to give it lower than a star, last Tuesday the bar man deliberately ignored me when I entered the bar and tried to order my first drink but he refused to serve me. However, after going to few bars in Berlin it seems that many bars have no color people policy , and many feedbacks can be fond online. Berlin was really a nice city but the gay night life not really and I will never party in Berlin .

Avoid this bar you will get robbed. absolutely terrible 6 men were working the bar pacing back and forth not drinking kept grabbing our wallets, and my friends purse. The bartender saw it happen and just rolled his eyes. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Followed us into the small bathroom before we left also and in German they were saying “they have money”

Very sad. this bar is inundated with eastern europeans pickpocketing working in gangs. I read previous reviews on Google and 2 minutes later it happened. Watched 2 guys get there wallets lifted and the bar man saw it but did nothing. Be extremely careful if you go in here.

Do not go here! It's is advertised as a gay bar on Google but it most certainly is not. We had to ring a bell to get in and it is the dodgiest place I have ever been. We were offered drugs two times in the space of five minutes, after which we left as we felt very uneasy. As a tourist, please avoid!
