Well, I were there with my girlfriend for 3 days and nights.
The bathroom has no air exchange, so the stink remains there.
The windows are so thin and during the night your rest is very disturbed by cars down the street.
I found hair in the bed and 2 or 3 very little old dust spots. Even if they are old and washed, I think they must be trashed and replaced. I can also say that I have not requested their replacement, but it is not good to find these things on the bed.
The cooking was good and I liked it,and the service people are very polite.
5 minutes from the metro

Terrible. We had to move after the first night because the "non-smoking" room smelled so strongly of cigarettes. The carpet and fixtures are old, though the bed was comfortable.

It's a tipical Old Berlín Style hotel.the good thing is that You are in a great location where all the LGBT bars are..you can do all the bars and restaurants by foot...maybe is not that gay friendly..

It's a comfortable hotel, a bit pricey though. Also, the receptionist was rude and didn't speak a word of English. We were trying to ask a question and he just kept yelling at us in German. Weird guy.

(Translated by Google) I have a broken foot and there are really some staff who don't want to open the elevator even though it works and they have the key. It gets depressing when you have a room upstairs. One can only wish the old woman bad things and hope that no one will help her to feel what this can be like. If at some point I fall down because of my disability, the health insurance company will know where to report it.
Oh yes, it's very dirty, loud and very chaotic here. They call themselves hotels but are not a classified hotel, meaning you can't complain, so definitely NOT recommended.
