Nice McDonald’s, very clean and modern with plenty of ordering machines. Located right near the platforms at Gesundbrunnen, so very handy for a snack just before or after a long train journey. Staff are friendly and food seems to come out pretty promptly. There’s lots of places to sit and food is of the quality you expect.

The staff are nice but the system for ordering and getting your food is just too slow. I'd love to go here more often but I can't be bothered waiting so long every time.

im a tourist visiting berlin, the service was nice and the staff spoke to me in english and called my number in english. The touch screen ordering was unnavailable which confused me. The neighbourhood seemed a bit dangerous, maybe I wont return for this reason.

I Like the McRib, the Service was fast, the Sandwich was fresh and the potatos good.

Ordered 2 meals, but the girl who had to place averything on the tray was super slow. She kent walging back and forth like she did not know what to do. It took so long, that the french fries were cold and had to be replaced.

Spent more than 1 hour for the order and when we asked for our order , staff was really rude and had zero customer service skills.

What can I say, it's McDonald's. Unfortunately some of the self service order machines were broken, so only two worked. Thus ordering qas a bit slow
