Yesterday I paid a visit to this branch, but I regret to say that I am very disappointed. The personnel were very rude and unfriendly. The food was not edible. I don't recommend this Branch. Check out Templofer Hafen branch, you won't regret the experience.

So unprofessional. Came at 19:45 and just wanted a sandwich for Takeaway. Was told no sorry because they didn’t even bother to care to make one which taken less than 5 minutes. Please update closing time to 19:30 instead of misinforming people then!!!

I had an unfortunate incident here. I ordered my sandwich and put it on the restaurant table unattended for a minute and it was gone. I had to order again. The service was good and the food tasty.

worst subway branch ive ever been too.. the cookies are so dry and the sandwiche wasn't even rapped
