I had to give one star, but it was actually worth 0 stars. Food was aweful. Ordered shrimps turned out to be chicken, half cheese instead of one, Mc Rib tasted absolutely disgusting, etc
Complete waste of money. Never ever!!!

Automatization gone wrong. Instead of fastening up customer orders the automatic chain is super slow. The automatic system in this particular McDonald's ruins something that worked for customers all around the world. It used to be fast to get a Cheeseburger from a human being. Don't get me wrong: it is fine to use automats if it's speeding up things. This McDonald's manages somehow to make things five times slower.

I waited 5 minutes for a Cheeseburger in a place with no line at all, and four Mcdonald's workers standing behind a counter.

After I managed to place a order with the touchscreen I got a number. I traded that number on the counter to a reciept and paid. I went with the reciept to a second counter where I waited for the burger. McDonald's used to be a fast food restaurant.

How complicated can it be to order a Cheeseburger? In a normal McDonald's it takes 30 seconds. This McDonald's in Gesundbrunnen makes orders really complicated and really slow.

Just got stung by wasps three times in this place, spoke to staff and their reply was "what do you want us to do?", disgusting service, avoid at all costs, I'm allergic to wasp stings, they weren't interested. Avoid, at all costs.

The food was good but i’m giving one star because this was my fifth visit and in all visits i noticed that no body cleans the tables, it was always dirty and we had to clean to be able to sit, I think this branch needs more control from their management.
