Food came quick but was old. Staff doesn't speak English well and refused to try. When I try to ask them question they just walk away and ignore me. Nothing like the service and hospitality I expected..

For both of my big fries, I received only half-portions, basically small portion in a big packaging. Burgers here are very dry like they are short on sauces ????

I wanted to have a meal on second floor of restaurant, and the sign outside told that second floor is open. But manager told me and other visitors, that We should eat downstairs.

Here is my Hamburger Royal with additional cheese and bacon that costs 5eur. It was takeaway order so I found out it only at home. Also burger from Signature collection was superdry. Don't buy anything there.

Update: customer support sent apologies and refund.

it said it closes at 1am, but at 11.30pm there was already an employee barking at people to get out because the place was closing. embarrassing.
