The location was perfect! That deserves a 5 star rating. If you’re traveling with the public transportation this is the ideal place. The hotel is in the same building of the train station and the hotel gives free passes to travel in Berlin (A-B-C districts) this was a plus for me!

The hotel is not very modern. A bit outdated and the rooms were basic. There is a fridge in the room. The room can get very warm so we had a fan in the room but it really didn’t help much which brought some sleep discomfort.
The bathroom was small and the shower cabin was really narrow. If you turn too quickly you’ll probably be bouncing off the doors. No smart tv, little to no amenities.

You can have unlimited tea and coffee on the first floor and they even had a few desserts after breakfast.
The hotel offers breakfast for 17€ p.p. I honestly don’t understand it because there are so many options a few feet away. You have Subway, Starbucks, McDonald’s and some deli’s and supermarkets all in the same building of the hotel. So we passed on the breakfast and made use of the nearby opportunities.

The staff was helpful, some friendlier than others. Before I arrived I was in contact with someone who helped me very well. I explained that I am a light sleeper and would appreciate a room to the front of the hotel where it would be less noisy ( I read this in their reviews) and it was arranged. That was much appreciated.

We had a pleasant stay during Easter weekend. Our room was always cleaned professionally, and the cleaning staff always greeted us each morning as we left to sightsee. This is in a great location because there is a train and bus station connected to the hotel. Hotel guests are provided with free transportation, via the trains and buses, to A, B, and C zones within the Berlin city limits. Only downsides were that it can get noisy at night due to people at the train station and our room was really warm (even during the evenings).

Car caught fire during our trip to berlin. No compensation not even a 100 euro voucher to come back to the hotel or anything. Girl on the woman actually just laughed with us during the call and said HAVE A GREAT REST OF THE DAY!!! With a tone of voice that you can hear she is amused. Shame people are alive and like free money and not provide service!! Make note people on this!

Great location and the free ticket for all public transport is super convenient. Saves time and money. Huge plus for fridge in the room. The check in and check out very smooth. Staff super friendly

This guy Henschel working in the breakfast area very rude employee. Asking me for my roomnumber in a rude manner to check if I have breakfast included.

Simple, comfortable, functional and clean. We were in February. The room was warm. Free transport ticket is great extra value. The breakfast is very good. Though it is 17 euro per person, it is free for children under 12. There was a promo when we visited Berlin and the breakfast was much cheaper. Very satisfied. Free Wi-Fi is poor but ok for surfing and gaming on mobile. Paid Wi-Fi is 4 euro per day (ends at 00:00) and per device. So I rejected the idea to buy.

Hotel location was amazing. It was literally within a shopping complex. Their were places you could grab breakfast, dinner and lunch from. Couple of take away places including one halal joint. My favourite Starbucks cafe was also nearby. Inside the hotel amenities were pretty good considering it was covid. I had tea making facilities plus a fridge and a safe in my room. Room size was also decent. The house keeping staff were very good. Although they were not very proficient in speaking English they catered to all our needs. Reception staff were also very helpful.
