Great gym and community!

I've tried all the gyms in the area. Lokahi Loft studio stood out. It's well equipped - racks, lots of free weights, large variety of machines,.. They have a high temperature sauna (Yeah it's naked - That's how they do it in Germany), accommodating locker rooms with functional showers, a sunny rooftop terrace, studio rooms for the classes and even an outdoor facility you can book for your personal work outs. The community is a great demographic and cultural mix - friendly, respectful and actually in the gym to work out (very different from what you get in most of the commercial gyms).
The owner, who has been connected to the gym for more than 2 decades, even took the time to welcome me personally!

One suggestion - Any chance a low temperature ice bath could added to the wellness facilities? ????

This gym is amazing! I love that has a very cozy and friendly feel to it and that offers so many great services. You have a great sauna, a wide selection of classes, best showers and a super good staff! I have been working out here for a good while and the results are visible in my test result! They really help you reach your fitness goals. Highly recommend ❤️

This was my first visit to Berlin, attending medical conference.I enjoyed the 5 days spent in the gym in the afternoon. The reception staff were great, cooperative and do there best to serve customers. My special thanks to Crossfit trainer Annica, she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and conducts a very beautiful unique class. The class Comp.body workout by Shaouki was excellent and exhausting

Excellent gym! They have a very well equipped weights and cardio section and also a huge offer of courses. The gym is never crowded and the service is super friendly.

Although the gym itself is OK, the customer service I experienced when trying to cancel the contract was just appalling. I handed in a written statement that I want to end my contract, and did it in a timely manner (I put a date on the statement too). Later got a letter in the post that they're renewing my contract for half a year. When I went there to clarify this, they said that the employee that accepted my written request had forgotten to put a time stamp on it, and at the time of processing the deadline for cancelling had already passed. I said I put a date on the statement, that should be enough reference. They told me they cannot know this is the true date. So basically they were accusing me of lying. In a later conversation over phone they threatened to sue me if I cancel the withdrawal from my bank account. I ended up paying for 3 of the 6 extra months. Would never recommend this gym to anyone.

I will be in berlin next month for two months. Is it possible to have contract for two months ?

I was there yesterday for first time and absolutely not for last time! Super hepfull personal, solarium, sauna, steambath, many options for cardio, clean... like that
