I met two staff and they are not polite.
I felt too bad today. It is very disappointing.

I visited there around 4 to 5 PM today.

Mein erster Eindruck: seit dem Umbau sehr schön strukturiert und übersichtlich. Das Personal aber ist im Kollegialem Umgang miteinander nicht sehr professionell , die Mitarbeiter gehen vor dem Kunden nicht respektvoll miteinander um sodass es dem Kunden sehr unangenehm wird dazwischen zu stehen. Die Filialleiterin begünstigt das Verhalten der Mitarbeiterinnen mit ihrer Art sehr stark, da sie selbst sehr unfreundlich und arrogant dem Kunden/ Mitarbeiter gegenüber ist. Andere Kunden bestätigten auch das es kein einmaliges Erlebnis war und sie dafür bekannt sei. Ich werde diesen Laden jetzt meiden und ihn definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen oder eher abraten dort einzukaufen .

Also Ich bin begeistert nach dem Umbau.Als langjährige Kundin war ich ja gewohnt wo alles stand,die Verkäuferinnen waren sehr hilfsbereit und mega freundlich mir meine gewohnten Produkte zu zeigen(die natürlich woanders standen????)
Vom Umbau bin ich mega begeistert es kommt mir vor das man beim einkaufen jetzt mehr Platz hat!
Von mir gibt es die vollen Sterne da die Belegschaft auch in unschönen Momenten ein Lächeln auf den Lippen haben!kurze Erklärung dazu,ich stand an der Kasse und vor mir eine Kundin die glaub ich nur einen schlechten Tag hatte ,die hat die Verkäuferin ohne Grund angeblafft,weil manche Artikel etwas teurer geworden sind…aber auch dieses wurde mit einem Lächeln und Freundlichkeit beantwortet.Hut ab vor diesem job was man alles herunterschlucken muss!
Leute die Verkäufer verkaufen!!!!! Preise liegen nicht in ihren Händen!vergesst das doch nicht! Ich werde die nächsten Jahre auf jeden Fall weiter in meinen Lieblingsladen gehen,weil ich mich dort einfach wohlfühle .
