Still renovating but it is really nice and close to everything - restaurants, coffee shops, stores etc. Breakfast not much vegan options but if you lower expectation with soy yoghurt than it is ok.

Staff was nice and the location is pretty good, but I couldn't turn the air conditioning off (it's October so no need for it) and the air conditioning made loud clicking noises the entire night so it was hard to sleep. My room also smelled like someone had smoked in it. My friend was in another room and she had issues with her sink leaking. The room is pretty sparse as well and the hotel doesn't have many amenities, but it does just fine for one night.

Nice 4 star hotel. The Upper class room was really comfort and cozy. The reception was friendly and welcoming. It has a wide buffet of good quality of meals for breakfast. Whithin my 14 days stay in this hotel, i stayed in rooms on 1st, 4th, and 6th floors. and i was almost satisfied from the service and room. rooms in upper floors specially in 6th floor, based on my exprience were barely used and there was some problem in room service before my check-in. The room on 6th floor was not 100% ready to use, and i had to change my room. Based on my exprience, the most satisfied upper class rooms were in the 1st floor

Really surprised on how nice this hotel is, the room was really really big, clean. Maybe they could make it a bit more fancy, but it's not really needed. The bathroom is of a very decent size, when you put on warm water it doesn't go randomly to colder and warmer....
The staff is really nice, haven't had my breakfast yet so cannot comment on this.
But considering how often I have been disappointed by 3, 4 star hotel, I really recommend this one.

Have stayed here a couple of times. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. For cleanliness, it's immaculate. Pricing is very fair. The breakfast is nice. Yet, it does have its peculiarities. The corridors and floors are very cold and industrial, almost like a hospital - but the room furnishings and lobby bar are very stylish indeed. I'd definitely visit again for a single night, but for longer stays the charm wears off after a couple of days.
As for parking etc. this part of Berlin has very easy access from the motorway. Location, it's quite a long walk up from the main shopping centre, but a very chilled part of town. See also my review of the nearby Greek restaurant.

It seems to attract an odd and varied crowd - we've encountered noisy families with small kids and hair/beauty conference guests.

Together with a couple of friends, we went to Berlin for a city trip over New Years Eve. The hotel is directly located on the Ku'damm, with a bus station right outside the hotel. A subway station is a 5-minute walk away, so it's easy to get around Berlin with public transportation. The rooms are very airy and offer a lot of space. The furniture looks quite new and is practical, but comfortable. A huge plus is the in-floor heating in the bathroom, so you never get cold feet when getting ready. There is also a make-up mirror with a special light, which makes it easier to apply any make-up.
The only downside of the central location is that it is not completely quiet at night, so be prepared to bring some ear plugs. And a sleep mask if you like your room to be completely dark, since the curtains do let some light through.
We were also missing a few more power plugs, especially closer to the bed ( there was only one on one side of the bed).
The Wifi didn't work all the time, sometimes you couldn't connect to it, or it was connected, but no data could be transferred.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Definitely check out the hotel bar, the cocktails are delicious. We ordered some via room service as well, where they were served quickly and tasted even better than downstairs at the bar.
We didn't book the breakfast, as some of us have food intolerances, so we checked out bakeries and cafes nearby instead.

Overall, we really enjoyed out stay at this hotel.

At first I was only gonna give 3-4 stars but that was based on the A/C not working. It turned out it was our fault because while the A/C control display is on, you have to hit a separate button to actually turn it on.
Breakfast was good - nothing special.
Parking garage is tight but we managed to get in / out without any scratches.
Overall the hotel has a pretty cool vibe, all the service folks were nice and there are quite a few good restaurants / bars within walking distance.
