Good ambience, small human made beach in the city. Slightly on the pricey side though.

They forgot our "cabana" reservation, cabana was therefore not prepared (food and cigarettes all over in the sand).
Staff was completely unqualified (our waitress for sure never worked as such before --u003e not blaming her, but the guys that put her alone in this spot). Drinks were not available (for not apperrent reason) until I went to the restaurant (upstairs), and yes I got what I asked for. Waiting time for the food was more than unacceptable, e.g. only for the strawberries we waited 1h. We were almost the only guests in a "cabana", I cannot imagine the place fully booked. I left almost 500UR and we had a great day anyways...this was though because the place itself is good, not because it is run in a good manner.
I told the guys that run the place. Their interest is very limited to improve, seems they are more interested in making fast money and not having a sustainable concept.

A nice place to horrible staff. I called since the online ticket button leads to a dead page. The woman at the other end told me yes that's on purpose because we are overrun. I kindly suggested to maybe just write that on their page to which she said that would be to much work and hang up.

Such a relaxing, romantic place. Elegant and posh one, all in white colour, but makes you feel very comfortable. Will be back again for sure.

When the beach fills and there are no more places to sit, the management continues to sell entry tickets.

I've tried two times and I couldn't get in. Very confusing about having reservations or not, the person in the front that decided if you can't get in or not, looks very arbitrary and not honest.
