You definitely know more about Käthe Kollwitz visiting this small but fantastic museum. She is one of the artists who understood and depicted the impact of poverty, hunger and war on people, especially women and children.

Small over 3 levels and every inch intense and moving. What great work and what focus. Loved it all. Of course, contrary to her life, the museum lives in a very upmarket street of the Kurfurstendam. But that has other advantages. Great museum with lovely lady on front desk.

Went on a Museum Sonntag and definitely glad I went. Kollwitz's work really gives a look into early 20th century Germany and working class life.

Great museum! Good and accessible storytelling, a nice selection of works and a beautiful space for the temporary collections. Physical accessibility can be an issue. I spent about an hour there

Käthe Kollwitz is a great artist. The displayed works only represent only a small part of what she did. These works are still worth the visit. This museum is run by art lovers. Some parts did not have English text. A parcours for children would be a great addition.

Outstanding exhibition of the artist's life and works. Gives excellent context to her oeuvre and pacifist manifesto.
