I stayed in this hotel because my flight at Tegel Airport was canceled and I was rebooked for a next day flight. I wanted a hotel in the proximity of the airport. To be honest, I was a bit in shock when I arrived at the hotel. Outside looks very old and outdated. HOWEVER, I was very positively surprised with the interior. I had been renovated recently, with spacious rooms (no air conditioning though). Staff was super friendly and enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. It was good for the purpose.

Very nice and friendly hotel next to a hospital and directly adjacent to the Charlottenburger Schlosspark (hence the name), a bit off the beaten track in Berlin, but busstop nearby connecting with the underground.
Hotel rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable, all with a balcony or terrace facing the park!
Breakfast buffet is excellent. Service is very friendly and welcoming! It's always a very pleasant stay...

Only spent one night there. Service was great and very friendly at serving breakfast. The only negative aspect is the air on the (really good looking) room and another strange aspect was the surrounding of the location... a clinic and soon there will be a psychiatric praxis.

for plus: View from the window calms down, furniture are quite new and very clean. Shower has a high pressure. Reception is very friendly and location of Hotel is very good (S-Bahn, ZOB, Tegel). Swimming pool is not used by guests very often - so you can swim alone.

for minus: Swimming pool is shared by Klinik - so it is not available all the time and is only pool without sauna or jacuzzi. You have to ask for kettle and tea cups. Rooms could be more soundproofing.

Great hotel. Very quiet location, balcony of my room looked out over the park of Schloss Charlottenburg. Slept very well here. Super friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Highly recommended!

This hotel is set up next to the clinic and looks to be targeted to families of patients. But it is not a bad option if you are looking for a quiet room away from the city center.

The hotel is nice and quiet. The rooms are big and have balconies. There is a clinic directly next to, but also a nice park.
