Great restaurant for dinner. Fantastic German food and excellent beer. It gets fours stars because I was called a woman for drinking Berliner Weisse ????????

Loved the currywurst. Friendly English-speaking staff, generous portions and reasonable prices. Also, an English menu ❤️

Just stopped in for a quick beer. It wasn't particularly quick and wasn't especially cheap either, but it was good and well poured. Great old-school German pub vibe and decor. Service was funny and friendly in a relaxed way, making up for the wait. Overall enjoyable, can't comment on the food since we didn't eat anything!

I truly think this place has one of the best lunches in Berlin. For less than 6 euro, you can get a beautifully prepared, hearty meal and some authentic German cuisine. (I've also had an excellent dinner here.) The entire restaurant has a warm atmosphere, but the terrace is particularly nice, especially in the fall because the block is lined with trees. The staff is attentive and will gladly explain the menu, to those less familiar with the fare, and can do so in several languages (at least German and English for all the waitstaff I encountered and German, English, French, and a little Russian for the manager).

It's become a regular staple for when I visit Berlin, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

It's a German restaurant. The lady owner is very lovely introducing us some of the German dishes that she said she ate while she was a little girl. The Berliner Kindl Weiss is a locally produced beer. It is very sweet as the lady owner insisted. It tastes like a fruity drink. The Hacker Pschorr tastes more like a true German and good beer. Had some friendly chats with presumably local German guests, lovely.
