Helpful staff, but I did get yelled at by some random lady on the balcony behind the office.

It was a wonderful, quiet place after a last minute booking the night before. Not going to sing songs about it good value for the price

Overall its okey but in their pillows are so uncomfortable they are using folded blanket for pillow which are way too big almost like a blanket for new born baby which is so annoying in night and cleaning was also okey

The hotel is in a great place accessible to different places. Basic hotel with all you need and the price is good

located on Reichstrasser. Which I was told tranlated as " Rich Street". However the price is very affordable.
Standard secured wifi that is free. There is a safe iin each room for safe storage of your valuables.The reception is also kind enough to keep luggages for customers in need. I certainty benefited from that.

And yeah, the breakfast was good too..
I had to check out early for an appointment in Berlin, the hotel staff allowed me to leave my luggage at the reception. This was pretty helpful for me.
Impressive for a hotel located on Rich Street on the west end in the City of Berlin.

It is a walking distace from transport and other facilities.
I am impressed and I will recommend this hotel

Location is easily reachable by car and public transport. Ideally located on the u2 line.
Everything in order. Breakfast is good, choice could be more extensive.
We had a room next to the reception, which gave some noise.

For a three-star hotel, it is quite disappointing. We came at 1am greeted by a grumpy personnel who was very sarcastic, too. We had a reservation with a special request since our bus from CPH arrived in Berlin at midnight. We were not accomodated and we had to be back by 2pm. Fortunately, the lady at the desk that time was accomodating.

WiFi signal was intermittent.

Breakfast was from 7-10am and there was ample choice from the buffet.

The room we had (for five) was big spacious and clean. We were provided with what we needed, including requests for hot drinking water.

We were also provided gifts of bottles of white wine and chocolate for the New Year, which was a very good gesture.

The hotel is conveniently situated near a supermarket, restaurants, bus stops and metro stations.
