German pub with good and pleasant service. Very tasty food and a homely atmosphere.

Very up-market restaurant. The bar-tender was very pushy and unfriendly. The price of food was reasonable for this West End district. The beer was good. They were very reluctant to allow me to take a photo but relented in the end and hid out of sight of my camera - very strange. I wouldn't go there again, mainly due to the unfriendly atmosphere.

Simple cuisine but the service is really shocking: the waiter demanding you the tips though you haven't gone yet! I think they do so only to the tourists. I didn't notice the same attitude to the Germans.

In the restaurant we tasted very good meal and very good beer for good price. The services was nice. We came back several times because we liked it.
