It's such a blessing when the staff makes you feel at home whenever you're in contact with them. This must also mean it's a nice place to work. I really enjoyed this hotel. Even though it was blazing hot outside, my room (without ac) was quite cool. There were also two (!) big electric fans for additional comfort. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Unfortunately, the room was located next to the elevator,.which meant a lot of noise. Nice selection at breakfast, even though the options were limited for me as a vegan. After breakfast, I asked if it was still possible to arrange for a late checkout (2pm), and it was. Great service, lovely staff! Will be coming back here.

From USA, first trip to Europe. Was SHOCKED to find out there is NO air conditioning in the rooms (had a broken stand alone fan) and NO wash cloths, only big towels! Parking was an issue as well! Beds were very comfy though.

The bed/pillows were mediocre, everything else was fine. The breakfast is delicious, lots of choice. It is located in front of a bar, which is LOUD. Other than that it was pretty good.

Simple and clean in Friedrichshain close to brunch Cafés and good restaurant and U5 Samariter Straße Station Subway. Recommended for single traveller. Choose room looking into the parking of the hotel to avoid traffic noises

Rooms are clean and relatively big, there is a problem with parking as you need to drive into the back yard and the entrance is incredibly narrow. The service on the reception is more or less OK but slow. Nothing extraordinary.

- The hotel and the rooms where incredibly clean!!!
- Reception-personel are helpful and very polite!
- Breakfast served at the hotel is ok.
- The hotel is close to the subway and other public transport - so it is easy to get around!

I can recommend this hotel.

Great location and nice staff! The only downside is the noisy courtyard where drunk tourists shout at night.
