The staff was helpful but unfortunately not everyone speaks English what is quite problematic when you cannot get into the building.
During the business trip we were 7 people and the person who stayed alone got the biggest room, the rest had to crowd in micro spaces.
My room was clean on the first sight but later I saw some details that wasn’t perfect.

Very nice hotel, in a very nice spot (perfect to reach the Mercedes arena). The rooms are big and clean. All the personal are very nice and kind.

Really nice hotel. The U5 u-bahn station is really close. Quiet and clean. Staff are lovely and accomodating.

The Pensión is well located, comfortable, no lift.
Very friendly and very kind with me in all moments made a diferente in my stay

Wifi signal is very bad in the room we were given. Unfortunately the hotel was full so we couldn't get anothe room.
Some towels should be changed because of the multiple use they are so thin that they get torn.
