The person behind the counter was VERY unsettling. Professional, but in a judging and shy way. The Product I got - an airsoft pistol and more pellets. Surprisingly, the piece was very well-lubed - cosmoline is still pouring out of the thing after about threehundred shots. Unfortunately they do not sell spare or maintenance gear and parts, so you either have to buy a second piece and get crafty or order online. Packaging came free of charge, and I left without a word.

Still, I got what I came there for, and I am very satisfied with the product, even though the chill of that encounter runs down my spine as I write this.

Buy what you want for a fair price - just get out quickly.

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem HPA Kit für eine SRS.
Es wurde über 1 Woche nicht auf eine Email reagiert. Keine Bestätigung das was eingegangen ist nichts. Natürlich kann immer mal was dazwischenkommen keine Frage aber keine Reaktion geht nicht.
Ich habe dort 3 mal angerufen und wurde 2 mal vertröstet und beim 3ten Anruf wurde ich dann der Manipulation mittels Werkzeugen beschuldigt.
Nicht nur das mir kein Rücksendeschein gegeben wird ( Ich habe das KIT vor 3 Monaten gekauft) ich wurde telefonisch auch der Manipulation beschuldigt.
Das war mein erster und letzter Kauf dort. Musste nun leider einen Paypal Fall aufmachen.
Sehr sehr schade.
