short stay for work related trip. price is good, but the rooms are extremly basic.
bed was clean, tv available and room was relatively clean
bathroom was not clean - toilet bowl had mould around the water level and smelled quite strong, and there was a pee stain on the toilet seat itself. sink drain also smelled when water was run.
could not work the heating system, it was either off or not working
the staff were very nice and friendly

Was a great place to stay for our two weeks in Berlin! Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly… it got a bit too warm in the room sometimes as the air conditioning did not seem to work in any of the rooms however (other friends were here at the same time with the same problem) and there were only two towels total for two people in the bathroom (no hand towels in sight)… but otherwise it was great!

Bathroom drain was blocked… staff wasn’t helpful at all. Claiming that they are fully booked and there is no one to help us until tomorrow morning. Wasn’t able to use the shower … I don’t see how come this issue has not been noticed by the cleaning team. Super disappointed:)
Never coming back here again. I do not recommend this hotel, doesn’t deserve not even 1 star.

Terrible hotel or better to say hostel cuz it didn't look anything like a hotel, terrible impolite and non-helping staff. Never going back again. Beds got broked in multiple rooms and no one helped us they said "all rooms are the same". Staff didn't clean the room once even tho I asked them to. I warn everyone from this catastrophic HOSTEL.

Good budget "no frills" hotel. Clean, quiet rooms. Close to the Metro.

Would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The room was depressing. No hair drier, no kettle, air conditioning didn’t work. It was clean and the breakfast was ok. Staff were helpful.

Very clean, great service and quality to cost ratio. Best localisation for tourists - very close to visit most of museums and landmarks.
