I love visiting the exhibitions at Humboldt Forum! It’s a great place to know about world history. The best part is the Balkon, where entry is free and you get a panoramic view of downtown Berlin! It’s so beautiful at night, especially! And of course you can sip coffee or wine at their rooftop cafe!
Absolutely recommended!

A most spectacular history of Germany and the German empire on display, in buildings, presentations and museums. Awe-inspiring and unique in my opinion. Very well presented and a must see for anyone interested in Germany's history and culture.

Excellent museum in a an old palace building recently rehabilitated.
It is a free-entry, but you need to book in advance a time slot to visit the roof from where you can enjoy an amazing panoramic view for all Berlin. At the roof, there is also a very fine bistro where can degust a fine beer with bread and butter, or even have a more sophisticated bite.
At the third floor you can visit a permanent0 exhibition on the Asiatic cultures, from Chinese courtly art to Indian miniature paintings, not to forget the very rich spiritual history of Hindu and of Buddhism.
At the the second floor, you can visit the Ethnologist exhibition, where all the rich history of humanity is gathered in one place.

Amazing place! Lot's of evidence to see that we, as humans, have a lot more in common than politicians tell us. I would recommend a guided tour. The guide was fantastic, thanks a million to her.
I came to Humboldt Forum to see what I know and left it being fully persuaded that I know nothing. 100% worth a visit.

Really great rebuild, staff is super friendly and welcoming. We visited the Berlin Global exhibition, which is well made. It missed the inclusive theme when it displayed fashion though, which only shows women clothing styles.

Definitely worth stopping by. Most of the exhibits are free (just pick up the ticket at desk). There is a free cloak room. The exhibition we have visited was interesting - German and English labels. Huge artifacts like this ship on my picture is displayed. Very interesting. Would recommend 2 hours for visit - 30 minutes to look around this amazing building and the rest for the rest. Also gift shop sells very interesting gist you can’t find elsewhere so stop by.
