Finally did the boat tour around Museum Island. I think the 1hr trip is enough but a bit pricey at 18.90 euros each. The tour is in German. 2 star deduction because they didn't have enough Audio guides for non-german speakers, it's obviously not wheelchair accessible u0026 it took us so long to buy a ticket because they wanted to give us tickets that weren't picked up. So we were the last to go on the boat.

I would still recommend a boat tour around Museum Island because we see it as we never see it on the ground. And we learned a lot of things, once kindly strangers gave us their audio guides because they said they didn't need it. If not for this, I think it's not worth it. So make sure to secure an audio guide that translates the recording of the tour audio into English, French, etc.

Don't take the 2 hr tour. 1 hr is more than enough.

Took the 2 hour City tour. After the first 10mins there was little variety to see or hear about. Staff on board all friendly and commentary in German all clear to hear.

Drinks but no warm food available on board- €3.80 for a soft drink.

2 hours trip was 1hr:45min too long!

Simply they are overpriced. There are cheaper boat tours if you look around. It's a shame they rely on a pre recorded tape for the tour.

I never leave negative reviews because they usually aren't helpful, but it's important to share this experience. They claim they are wheelchair accessible, so I called and was told which port to arrive at. It was not at all wheelchair accessible. We finally maneuvered to the ticket booth and were told it would be no problem to get on the boat. When it arrived it had 3 steps before there was a ramp. Don't waste your time. It took over an hour trying to get to a boat that I couldn't even get on to.

Terrible service and rude staff. They also charge extra for the English audio guide even though they assured us at the ticket counter that it was included.

(Translated by Google) We did the 2.5 hour boat tour. The lady at the ticket counter was very nice. We were allowed to take our 22 kilo dog on the ship with us without further ado. The people on the ship who were important to us (bartenders and waiters) were very friendly and tried hard.
The tour itself takes you to places in Berlin that you don't get to see like this. In good weather a real recommendation. Unfortunately, the sights are explained by a "tape" as you drive by. Not bad in itself but a bit impersonal. Hence a star deduction.

Wir haben die 2,5 Stunden Tour mit den Schiff gemacht. Die Dame am Ticket Schalter ist sehr nett gewesen. Unseren 22 Kilo Hund durften wir ohne weiteres mit aufs Schiff nehmen. Die für uns wichtigen Leute auf dem Schiff (Barkeeper und Kellner) waren sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Die Tour selber führt einen zu Orten in Berlin die man so nicht zu sehen bekommt. Bei gutem Wetter eine echtem Empfehlung. Leider werden die Sehenswürdigkeiten von einem "Band" erklärt wenn man vorbeifährt. An sich nicht schlecht aber etwas unpersönlich. Daher einen Stern Abzug.
