Took 500€ from my bank account, even though I chose the cancellation option and cancelled within 24h after of having booked. I called them and the lady refused speaking English with me and told me I will have to pay. Highly unprofessional, happy I didn’t stay at this place and just hope I will get my money back.

Nice big rooms, quiet, good breakfast included which you eat in a dining room with a museum like atmosphere. Also next to s-bahn, very convenient. A very nice cleaning lady came by every day. Room was very clean and in a good condition. My only criticism is that the staff could have been a little more social and a little better at English. Would definetely recommend it though!

Worst hotel I've slept in, and I travel a lot with low budsjett in like Indonesia, Romania and so on. Not friendly staff, really smelly and cold rooms, the bed was like sleeping on spikes and the shower was not working. Noisy and not cozy. Looks like something from old Russia. Not clean. No fridge, the soap was a peace of weird stuff for hands only. No toilet paper. Next to traffic. Don't go here, just find something else.

Place is clean, but room is too small and the toilet is not in the room and not even outside the room. Its in a different wing. So if you need it at night get dressed and start a journey :) . Breakfast is simple but ok.

Room with shower, sink, small table and bed. Clean, and very simple. Toilet on the hallway unfortunately not that clean. Breakfast simple too, almost no vegan options besides jam. Relatively quiet.

It is not really a hotel.
Wifi was great. Location is great.
Staff is not helpful, they dint really speak English that well, only one younger person does, rest are useless.
Breakfast is pretty ok, cheese, cereal, tost, etc.
Stairs, stairs and more stairs. If you have slightest problem with your legs or you carry heavy suitcases, this is going to be a hell.
The reception is super small and there is no common area in the hotel, where you could sit, have a coffee or whatever.
Rooms are really small and you can't move in them.
Closets are falling apart, and it's scary to sleep next to them, thinking they will fall down every minute.
Floors are really old and your walking makes too much noise.
You can perfectly hear talking in the rooms under and next to you, zero isolation. Gets extremely loud when guests are moving around so it's hard to sleep/rest.
There is super small TV in your room with 2 international channels, but it's put super high so picture is too dark and you can't really see a thing, only listen to it.
Bathroom is ok, shower ok, constant hot water.
Definitely not as advertised and not worth $50 a night.

We were there in July 2018. People at reception were friendly and helpful. All but one spoke English. Rooms were small but clean. Public transportation was very close by. Very good rates.
