My staying is this hotel was a very bad experience.
First off all the room that I picked was not available, so they give us two rooms for the night but they didn't have keys for the rooms Wich make us depend on the reception every time we wanted come in in the room.
I've paid 50€ for the parking but every time I needed to park or take out the car I needed to pick up the key in the reception and bring the key back.
In the second day they moved us to the family room: the bathroom in that room smelled like death, really awful. The floor squeeze a lot, every time someone put is feet in the floor wake up all the family. Every day we had problems.with the room's key.
Finally in the last night, we arrived at 11 pm and we have to wait 1,5 hours for the mechanic open out room's door.
Awful experience, not any kind of respect for costumers... Normally they should offer the breakfast or lunch, or even return some money, but nothing...

Best point was it was just next door to MRT ,so for sightseeing travelling ,it was most ideal.
Rest everything was also comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are good for the price (which is very cheap compared to the Berlin standard). The close distance to public transportation is also worth mentioning. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone who is searching for a cheap and good accommodation.

Stay was pleasant.
Friendly staff.

Shower cabin was small though. Water did not drain fast enough. So after a few minutes of showering there was a pool around the feet.
Bed was fine.

Location is good! Across the street is the metrostation.
Hotel is close to shopping area, plenty good restaurants and supermarkets.

Overall it was ok, for a 3-star hotel I expected a little more.

No matter whats your reason for visiting berlin - if you can, take the room with the view on the patio. The location is great, very close to the station, but its also very noisy, no matter what time. Even tho the rooms that face the street are equiped with blinds, that help to keep room dark, it doesnt matter, the noise is unbearable. About the rooms - imagine an interior designed in early 90s. And thats the room, even tho it looks just like on the photos (maybe not that highlighted, thanks photoshop) in real life it dirtier, especially bathrooms. You have to wait long time for the hot water, the water drain basically doesnt exist. Its also not recommended to anyone who is disabled or with small kids (with stroller) - there is an elevator, but you still need to go by stairs.
Walls/floors, are very thin, you can hear every sound that is made outside your room. They dont clean up the rooms, maybe once a week. The staff is nice tho. But yeah, cheap accomodation so maybe expect less.

It's easy to feel like home here because the staff are extremely friendly, accommodating and deliver a high standard of caring service. I stayed a week at ART hotel and know I'd feel comfortable staying for even longer. I can safely say that this is more than a hotel, this is a little piece of home away from home. Thanks to all the staff and their warm and caring service.

It was a pleasant experience over all, the receptionist was an awesome dude with a very nice and helpful attitude, the neighbourhood was quant and full of very good restaurants, there was even a free parking space right in front of the hotel.
Couple of minuses, no air condition, squeaky floors, not very comfortable pillows. But I will definetely choose this hotel again.
