The hotel was disaster, like from horror movies. Stuff doesn’t speak English. Lady from reception was acting so strange. She took almost 45 minutes for check in. She didn’t know how to use credit card mashing. The rooms was not clean and smelled very strange. Internet was so poor. Almost didn’t work.

The new owner is with clear realistic ideas and i am sure he do it in time ...every new start is hard but with the greatest team who owner colect i am sure they will be do it great change step by step.
There are kind ,talk a lot of languages always here for you and yours needs.Thank you Adam hotel :)

Somewhat clean rooms, although few sockets were broken and the bathroom smelled of piss. But it's right next to the train line to city centre, which is a big plus. Also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast service. This place is good if you're just looking for a simple place to rest after long day of touring the Berlin.

Expensive rooms fir this quality. We were forced to book at least 3 nights, even though we needed inly 2 nights. Hairdryer available only on request. One room really smelled of cigarettes, luckily we had tge opportunity to change. Breakfast is quite poor - no choice of fruits, the coffee was like tea - transparent. As other reviewers said - the place needs some good renewal, coridor walls are dirty, bed mattresses quite poor.

We could not use our room until 3 hours from arriving. Bathroom smelled like vinegar. We only had one key to our room and locks were too difficult to use. It really took several tries to open one door. Customer service was good and breakfast was decent (poorly vegan options though). Location was good, just 1 minute from Charlottensburgs railwaystation.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights and came at 7am but the receptionist said they only open the door at 9am eventhough we have the reservation. Never believe that Germany hotel has this kind of service. Super rude!
