I had my dirty laundry (knickers and socks) stolen from the locked hotel room!! They treated the situation like a joke and wouldn't help to resolve the issue before I checked out. I was promised some sort of compensation if I emailed to the manager but didn't even get a reply to my messages! There is a massive security problem here that they will not admit to and it is pretty disgusting. Unless you want to leave feeling disrespected and with less clothes than you arrived with I wouldn't stay here!

Took a short trip to Berlin last week and booked 3 nights at the Hotel-Pension Arche mainly due to the low cost and location on arrival was presently surprised at the quality of the hotel we really didn't expect it to be that good as all we needed was somewhere to sleep but overall quality was very good and the staff where extremely friendly and very helpful.
The room was a very good standard no issues at all, breakfast was also a nice surprise I am quite fussy when it comes to food but the breakfast was very good value for money with a good choice of food available for both of our needs.
The hotels location is excellent with perfect public transport access and the shops in the area had everything anyone could ever need with good restaurants in the same location.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone taking a short trip to Germany and if we ever come back to Berlin we will be staying here.

An Okay experience! stayed for some nights and the reception was never open. I don't know how come they let the other hotel handle they check in, parking and other stuffs. Anyways, location is great near to S or U transpo.

Cheap. Good location.
Some rooms have a view to the main street which is too loud. Old and broken equipment, but clean.
Tasty breakfast.

Always no WiFiu003cbr/u003ethey don’t even try to fix itu003cbr/u003eOnly 2 of 5 lamps are ok, they don’t want to change the broken lamps.u003cbr/u003eThe seat of toilet is not in order, they don’t want to fix it

Nice location. Welcome staff. Tasty breakfast. But rooms are really old fashion

Hotel in a good conditaion and in a great location. Close is public transport. Is not so expensive and it's clean.
